Inside Ownership

Does anybody know what the inside ownership is at BQE? I seem to recall coming across it somewhere, but can't find it. I recall it's in the 40-50% range.

I suggest insiders own in excess of 60%. Just Hubbard, Tingley and Stein own over 50% collectively, and the Board and employees must hold at least 10% or more( all figures taken from insiders report as per Stockhouse). Given the steady ...more

The recent Simply Wall Street article states 54% inside ownership, so that means only about 560 thousand shares are free floating. And I imagine a lot of those are also being held by investors who recognize this for what it is -- so they are not for sale. Anything I've purchased certainly isn't for sale anytime soon.

I would imagine its hard for anbody who knows the story to sell, even at these levels.   My hair, what I have left of it, is almost white, therefore I have been about for a while.  To me, the most important thing is always Managment, then everything else just becomes part of the desison making.   This current BQE leadership really have proved themselves to know not only what they ...more
