Question about new mine contract

In the most recent financials management mentioned two US plants they expect to come online in the next few months. I assume this announcement today is giving a little more colour to the plant at the US mine site they've already announced. Or is this a third US plant?

Apparently, this is  an operating contract on the plant they  designed and built. Provides ongoing revenue.

Recurring revenues are why I believe most of us are here and this proves the concept again. Ongoing revenue from dealing with an environmental issue, no commodity being recovered, simply being paid for producing clean water.
