Stock Buy Back
Apparently, Raymond James acting on BQE's behalf has been buying a few shares, looks like 500 or 600 to date at 31.5 , and 29.75. As well, an insider, Tingley, has also been acquiring more shares recently. Still think this very small cap is a bit of a cash generating machine , very cheaply priced.
Just think they should be paying out cash as a dividend rather than buying back stock .
Thoughts?
