Emailed to Derek Webb CEO Hello Mr. Webb ,
As a shareholder of Biorem I wanted to bring this to your attention in the event that you may not be aware of the transactions. This was posted on a public stock forum and has me a little concerned to say the least. It seems ludicrous to me that a director with Biorem would be selling shares in the midst of two very positive news releases by the company. I have two concerns. One is that why was he not subject to a blackout period around the news releases. I was of the understanding that this was a requirement under securities regulations.
Secondly it does little to instill faith in shareholders or perspective shareholders to see a director selling shares at these prices despite the recent positive events in your last couple news releases. The excellent quarterly report and the nice new order you have received would be reasons to buy shares not to sell them. Perhaps Mr Robert Nally was not a good choice as a director of Biorem. Maybe he should be working at a company that he does not jump ship on for a few thousand dollars.
Just real bad form in my opinion. Thank You for your time.
