RE:RE:RE:RE:$12 Million Dollar Lawsuit!!!!!!!I think management should give some kind of guidance on what this lawsuit will cost to defend.

These lawsuits can easily exceed six figures.

Morever, it will hurt their ability to raise money with this cloud hanging over them.

I just don't know hoepw we investors measure this exposure.

Management should at least provide a copy of the statement of claim and defence for us to make up our minds.
