Bonanza Resources Corporation ("Bonanza" or "the Company") announces a
non-brokered private placement of up to 6,000,000 units at a price of $0.15
per unit. Each unit consists of one share and one warrant. Each warrant
is exercisable into a share at a price of $0.20 for a period of two years.
Under the policies of the TSX, Bonanza can and may pay a finders fee in
accordance with such policies on all or a portion of this private
placement. Proceeds are to be used for acquisition of the recently
announced Kansas gas gathering and pipeline systems and general working
capital.
