BRS Resources Ltd is an upstream oil and gas exploration and production company. It is engaged in production, exploration, and acquisition of petroleum and natural gas properties in Italy. The company along with its operational partner has drilled three explorations well in the Po Valley. Each of these prospects is in close proximity to and on trend with several nearby producing natural gas fields, including the Sabbioncello, Tresigallo, and Cotignola fields.

urekaCall the mgmt and ask. I do not care what the production from the working interest is in terms of BOE, I care about the cash flow and how long it will last. With the Karl aqusition I care about production per day as the company is now launching off it's current cash flow to make aquisitions. I am sure that you know it takes significant money to run a public company and lots of money to drill. What better way to start than with small interests that accumilate to larger cash flow that you can build a business from. In my oppinion this is the right way to build a public company and BRS is doing so. No hype, no big stock run ups, no BS, just succesful drilling, and aquisitions all starting to hit the bottom line. Come on, this is a $.40 stock. There are guys with moose pasture in Africa trading at higher prices that have no cash flow, but lots of hype !!
