Allkem accumulating BRW shares before HOSTILE BUYOUT????Allkem tired to get the option from Ossiko in December 2022 but was too late as BRW took this option in November 2022.
Allkem is building a lithium plant in that area.
PLAN B for Allkem would be to proceed via a hostile buyout of BRW.
I suspect that Allkem may be accumulating BRW shares on the open market prior to proceeding with an all out bid.
There is no way that Allkem is going to let BRW keep their option which is an extension of the lithium discovery by Allkem.
We are talking of billions of dollars in lost revenue to Allkem if they just sit there doing nothing.
Allkem is worth $ 9 billion CANADIAN so they can easily submit a bid to BRW, paying by shares.
