That would be an interesting situation, if Allkem was acumulating in the open market. When they get to 10% they will have to disclose. Insider ownership would stop any takeover, if they wanted to ... imo.

I think this is a vehicle to make a discovery then it may be swallowed up by the osisko green spac. That spac is on the hunt for green energy related projects ... read the MD&A
