From my experience, stick to the facts and do not make up excuses for insiders .
Being in denial is what comes back to haunt us.
It is a FACT that the insider sold most of their shares before assays. We do not know the reason why. Money is often mentionned as a reason however this director also sold for +/- $ 500,000 in Osisko Mining stock in November 2022.
The question is, does this insider sale influence others to want to sell or not?
No one knows the answer to that.
