The answer from BRW to the group wants more is to get your money to us today or sorry but not sorry. We are closing today because we want to meet our promises instead of repeating the history of overpromising and under delivering. And besides, we have $10 million in the bank plus $5 million from the financing due to close today and we are supposedly going to be delivering assays from Mirage that will blow the lights out ... so we don't need the extra $1 million right now. But we would be happy to consider you in the next round of financing whenever that may be.
That said, BRW could be an n a position to confirm closing of the PP by end of day today.
