Clearly Rosatom/Russia interest has been ongoing.  But this latest article tells me that Argentinas interest in their proposal is warming up.   Rosatom brings influence which I think are of national intent and of much larger financial intent.  Comparitively, Blue Sky is small potatoes to the likes of Rosatoms connections with Kazatomprom.  Cameco back when pulled out of ...more
