Stock retreat...

while other uranium stocks I follow Cameco and NexGen are up today.  Is this the start of a shareholder bailout?  Normally you can't shut Nik up.  But he is dead silent.  Management is looking for a stock options plan and haven't had recent evidence of insider buying.  And then management announces the shareholders meeting agenda to include the approval of Article 26.  Don't hear anyone touting good news about this.  This company is giving me the impression that it is dead.  Did the recent PP that was for drilling buy lunch and now there is no cash?  What am I missing?
