A question to the wise:The timeline is also a major factor.
Needless to say, tripling your money is worth tying it up for awhile. But one wants to know if a sales proecss is moving forward. They are clearly piutting the word out they are willing to sell. What is a relaistic timeframe for an offer to be put on the table? 6 months? A year? Opportunity cost is huge as there are alot of good deals out there. So any input reguarding a timeframe for sale or offers to be made would be appreciated.
Although few and far between, there are some extremely wise souls on these boards. And this is an opportunity that would have attracted them.
