Bioasis has instead managed to solve the most difficult scientific challenge in the area of Central Nervous System diseases, which is the delivery of large biologics across the blood brain barrier. Billions of dollars have so far been spent on trying to accomplish this feat and no company to date has found a good solution. You can simply google this problem with various pharma names to see just exactly how pervasive and frustrating this problem is. This board will also provide a great summary of facts, 2 of the most important being: the CNS market is a $100 bn annual market, and everyone wants what Bioasis has.

Just so you don't get confused, Bioasis has 2 products: Transcend and Cognitest. Transcend is the blood brain barrier crossing technology. The Cognitest is still being developed although it has been put on the back burner due to current developments with Transcend.
