biOasis like Immunogen

biOasis like Immunogen

We've seen some valuations for what BTI could be worth soon. It always helps if you have a model for the company though. I think Seattle Genetics and Immunogen are probably best comparisons for Bioasis at this time. Dec 20,2011 Immunogen deal with EL:

"Lilly will pay an upfront fee of $20 million for rights to take a limited number of exclusive licenses to use ImmunoGen’s maytansinoid Targeted Antibody Payload (TAP) technology with Lilly monoclonal antibodies to develop novel antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) anticancer therapeutics."

Interesting: Genentech was one of the first licensees of the TAP for Herceptin.
