KayakerBC: because you "have the chops to do so", what do you think the odds are that JD would hit his target, assuming the lows and highs of the predictions chart? Whatever the answer, the odds of JD hitting his 18 and 4 is extraordinarily slim. I would "shocked" too if he got it right!
