you guys have it all wrong, the person(s) with the most shares (the Hutchisons), thus the most to gain simply understood that it was time for the A-Team to take over and thereby run the ball into the endzone.

Rob hired the new team because pride was not the correct way of dealing with the situation, hiring the team that would do this justice was and what a team we have now!  Don't forget that Rob and his brother have huge financial incentives for the stock to go way up since they own a very large number of shares.
