The first thing that came to my mind when you mentioned ‘attracting talent’ was how much more talent do we need (read; ‘can afford’)? This group is stacked. Do they feel weak in an area of the science we’re chasing? Let’s get some momentum behind this before spending increases and more dilution. The market is already beating us down and it’s not because of the science...it’s because we’re broke.
