RE:New Director - John Hemeon

RE:New Director - John HemeonI have met the Board of Directors nominee, John Hemeon, on a few occasions and have spoken with him many times.

John is a former Vice President of Tim Hortons (Logistics) and left the company with the rest of the executive when Tim Hortons was bought out by Restaurant Brands International. Prior to that John was an executive with Sysco, the foodservice company.

John is an immensely capable executive with great corporate experience at both the hands-on management level and at the top executive level.

Great choice as a director for Bioasis. Fully support and applaud this nomination. (I can tell you that he cares about Bioasis.)
