Good post, prophetoffact.

The only thing I would change is that Bioasis is more than a delivery company. Bioasis can add xB3 to any drug and create a New Chemical Entity. Bioasis could then patent that combination whether the payload is under patent or not. But, of course, Bioasis would make enemies if they did that. It's better to work with pharmas and transport their drugs. Bioasis can't do them all so partnerships are the way to go.

Bioasis is advancing both its own projects and projects with others. That's always been the way to go, in my opinion, and Bioasis is finally doing it.
