There must be 100s of other companies that haven't delivered what shareholders expected over the course of whatever time period - does he post on those boards also? No.
Is he purposely trying to talk down the share price with constant negativity?
If so, for what reason? He isn't going to tell you why, it's up to you to read between the lines.
