RE:RE:TimingG1945V, I'll leave it to others to look up the rules but the AGM can take place months sooner than 6 months.

I think it ought to be considered that the decision to move to Nasdaq cannot be taken in isolation. The conditions set by Nasdaq are very broad but the company nevertheless has to meet one of those sets of conditions. The conditions exist to prevent listings unless they are deserved and the companies are likely to succeed.

I think that a few serious accomplishments are required before Nasdaq will be possible. I also believe the company expects those accomplishments to happen or they wouldn't be talking about Nasdaq. There's some good stuff coming but the company should produce some of it before they're given a green light at an AGM to do whatever they want to list on Nasdaq.
