RE:Deal is only option....we won't like the alternative..Yes, OB, the deal is done. Can't back out. But that's been stated here a number of times. 

Only the exchanges and securities regulators could step in now. 

So, later, after the deal is done, and if xB3 is sold off for six Happy Meals and a burrito, then disappears for a year or two, and the new owners suddenly claim that they have "fixed" xB3 and it's now worth a trillion dollars, you'll remember what happened here.

You will then know that you invested correctly in Bioasis, that xB3 truly was worth a lot, but circumstances conspired against you making the real money with it.

Meanwhile, I suspect that you will make some money with Biodexa.
