RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Another QuestionShe never told me I was done. Not ever. Not once. The last time she talked to me in Sept 2020 she told me that she considered me to be an independent commentator, which was what the other CEOs considered me to be and what I always had stated myself to be in my disclaimers.
Besides, telling me "You are done" would be meaningless if she had said it. My contract requires written notice.
Ask her to prove she did that.
She can't because she never cancelled my contract. Never even hinted at it, let alone sent me written notice.
So, did she commit fraud by deciding not to pay me without letting me know? And stringing her payments to me out over more than two years so that I continued to work with the understanding that, while perpetually late, she nevertheless would get around to paying me?
Did she decide not to pay me because I started to see where she was going with Bioasis?
And she wanted complete control of the Bioasis message, or at least told me, and, apparently, others that she did? Which as a mere independent commenter, I had no argument with as being independent, it's explicitly clear that I wasn't talking for the company?
She just didn't like what I was saying. She could have sent me notice of cancellation of our contract at any time.
She never did.
Nor did she tell me. I think she knew I had influence with shareholders and didn't want to start anything with them by dumping me.
I understand, but it's a measure of a number of things about her, not about me. I'm as public about everything as is possible. I'm like Foghorn Leghorn. My daddy said I talked too much. Told me to shuddup. Why, I almost starved to death.
Take your best shots, Craig. Not gonna be anything else to talk about in 5 or 6 weeks.
