Why would a Canadian company declare bankruptcy using American Chapter 11 bankruptcy laws? Could they do that? Nah.

Besides, if Chapter 11 or Canada's equivalent CCAA could be used, then Bioasis could be given time to raise money and to make payment arrangements with creditors.

With Dr. Rathjen out of the way at that unlikely point, maybe the money could be found. It would be better to lose half the company to the dilution of equity financings that 90% of it to LT & The Placee, and to then see xB3 go someplace else, just to rub a real good dose of salt in the wounds.
