Even POF can admit this is catastrophic.
 
This is an unmitigated disaster for shareholders.  JD is correct, Rathjen walks away with a sweet deal while turning her back on shareholders and leaving them with what amounts to nothing.
 
I would also like to know more about the implications of a "no" vote, and if there is any time or flexibility with the Lind debt.
