The vote

The voteI'm sure there are some gamblers here that are buying this 5 cent stock on the assumption the takeunder will be approved by shareholders, and good luck with that.  I personally will be voting no for any outcome that includes the continued involvement, iny form, of Rathjen, the BoD, advisors, or senior management.  It makes no matter to me if there is no plan B and the outcome is bankruptcy with creditors taking possession of IP.  I have already been long resigned to knowing this company was doomed due to gross mismanagement over the last several years.

Further, for anyone who cares, I would recommend not listening to the highly conflicted liars, skidmark and sir holler.  Over the years, both have been proven to say whatever is necessary to advance whatever agenda they happen to be paid (or not) to promote at any given time.  They have zero respect for other shareholders.
