The vote

I'm sure there are some gamblers here that are buying this 5 cent stock on the assumption the takeunder will be approved by shareholders, and good luck with that.  I personally will be voting no for any outcome that includes the continued involvement, iny form, of Rathjen, the BoD, advisors, or senior management.  It makes no matter to me if there is no plan B and the outcome is bankruptcy with creditors taking possession of IP.  I have already been long resigned to knowing this company was doomed due to gross mismanagement over the last several years.

Further, for anyone who cares, I would recommend not listening to the highly conflicted liars, skidmark and sir holler.  Over the years, both have been proven to say whatever is necessary to advance whatever agenda they happen to be paid (or not) to promote at any given time.  They have zero respect for other shareholders.

No one takes poof seriously. He's an absolute joke that continues to waste his time here. Even if there were those that listened to him, does it matter? Hardly anyone is here anymore. Look at the number of posters. Most already sold out and finally, finally moved on. There is nothing that the few here who actually own shares for some silly reason can do about the upcoming shareholder vote. It& ...more

Easy, Aarcor. My criticisms of Bioasis kept me in constant trouble with the company. The biggest reason they hired me was because of the support I have always received from shareholders, who have argued my case for years with the CEOs.  Rathjen, in the end, didn't have the guts to fire me. She is lazy, makes mistakes and it's very possible that there are elements of this deal that ...more

What I do not understand is if this technology is so revolutionary and fantastic, how could a big pharma, or any reputable pharma let it go for essentially nothing. MTP is nothing special at all. Prothena evaluated the technology for years and passed. Chiesi did a deal with BTI several years ago and nothing has come of it.
Comment by Boomskid on Jan 11, 2023 2:45pm
zwerp2000, I have posted several times a possible reason why a large corporation didn't, or couldn't, buy Bioasis. Why don't you start your question from that point? jd
Comment by zwerp2000 on Jan 11, 2023 4:02pm
Eh, I still it's simply that the company technology is simply not as "exciting" as they had hoped. They ran on fumes for years (moneywise) hoping someone would buy into their platform and act as the white knight. In the end, no one really came forward. Prothena passed. Chiesi did nothing and no one else was left standing to save them. They had no money, no progress with their ...more

About zwerp2000's points and questions Ran on fumes - Bioasis never had a preclinical/clinical program around which to raise money. Bioasis could have started these at any time in the $1 to $2 per share range. Didn't even try. That was a conscious decision by RH. I called it wrong then, even when I was working for Bioasis, and I have been right. Hoping that somebody would buy the company ...more

JD says this: Don't ever try to tell me that xB3 is known to be worthless. Like all pharmaceutical technologies and drugs, it could fail, but these guys are buying xB3 for essentially nothing and they intend to play it for the win. An explosive win! Lol, beenthere, I love you, too. Put me on ignore. Save the last remaining shreds of your sanity. And don't watch Biodexa, or LT and The Placee, because they're going to make money with xB3 and that will upset you far more than I ever have. jd
Comment by craighenry on Jan 11, 2023 7:45pm
He cant beenthere. This is his life. Funny thing is, when this is all over our resident quack will probably end up hospitalized again. This is all he has.    He is nothing without Bioasis and stockhouse!! LoL!! Man, I can wait for this deal to end.

"And now LT and The Placee are agreeing with my contention that if xB3 works as hoped..." Biodexa can walk away from the deal if Midatech's price is below $.90. It is another tough day for Midatech today. About an email/papers coming my way, Craig, they know where I am.  But why would they tell a loose-lips buffoon like you about such things? Why are you the mail boy? Or are they using you to try to strike some fear in me? And why am I going so public with so much? Why, you'd think I was picking a fight with somebody. Like, on purpose. jd
