Steven Boyd is buying 56.6% of the entire deal. He is paying money, Craig.
If he manages to make some other monies or gain some other benefits by participating in the deal then that's his business. I have not seen any public pumping of the deal by him.
About poof, well, I'll take him, you, and others to task whenever, wherever and however I choose.

I know what Boyd does JBroke. I might not be able to "read between the lines" but I know what he does.
And yes JBroke. Boyd does send out newsletters to his clients, and yes JBroke there was a piece on Bioasis.
Please tell me where I said Carroll was promoting this deal??
