RE:The vote

RE:The voteEasy, Aarcor. My criticisms of Bioasis kept me in constant trouble with the company. The biggest reason they hired me was because of the support I have always received from shareholders, who have argued my case for years with the CEOs.

Rathjen, in the end, didn't have the guts to fire me. She is lazy, makes mistakes and it's very possible that there are elements of this deal that slipped her attention. I also think it possible that LT and The Placee have already figured that out about her. I doubt that LT and The Placee were pleased that she leaked the Ellipses deal.

And now LT and The Placee are agreeing with my contention that if xB3 works as hoped, it will be worth a lot of money. They want the money that xB3 can make for them, which is what I've always contended could be the case with Bioasis shareholders.

I pretty much knew that Dr. Deborah Rathjen could not get the job done. I so badly wanted her fired in February of 2019. Instead, she convinced RH and one or two others about how swell she was and the rest is a terrible history. She even canned the one guy who was moving in the right direction, Mark Day. When it no longer makes any difference I may reveal that story.

Meanwhile, I was always fair with investors, giving them the best I could learn and figure out. You, Aarcor, have never engaged in anything but personal attacks. You know nothing of the science of xB3, how it could have been leveraged into high commercial value, nor anything else of substance. You have no opinions based on anything about Bioasis or about xB3.

You just don't know anything, Aarcor. Nor do beenthere, MBT123, craighenry, unclepieman and a few others who behave as you do. LT and The Placee know a hell of a lot more that you guys do, and they agree with me and hundreds of other shareholders about the potential of xB3.

And now, because of the incompetence of management and the angry, ignorant, and destructive public behaviour foisted on Bioasis for years by people like you guys, LT and The Placee will own xB3 and will make something great of it. xB3, this amazing technology that you once owned but foolishly didn't protect. You are fools of the first magnitude.

I did my part to keep xB3 for you, and to encourage its development and exploitation.

Feel free to scream your foolish heads off. Anger is about the only thing you guys know how to post.
