RE:Some shareholders...

RE:Some shareholders...Agree JD.

I am guilty of a rather apathetic presence on the board as of late, not for lack of interest, just have been communicating via other channels.

I too am somewhat flummoxed by the outcome of the vote, would like to see the count, as I and others I am aware of certainly voted out the board and against the arrangement, I personally didn't see any other choice.  The board and CEO have objectively failed, for me, it is not personal.

I have no reason to believe that XB3 does not work unless I am being lied to.  It would seem a tragedy if Bioasis ends this way assuming nothing has changed with the science, and I think a group of likeminded shareholder could put together some sort of syndicate to keep this entity from defaulting to Lind.  Obviously that would take some money and some willingness from shareholders to back this entity.  I and others have been speaking about this possibility offline and am happy to discuss further with anyone interested.  Feel free to DM me.

Still very much here.
