Bioasis Technologies Inc. > One or two more things...

One or two more things...

I have never stated nor even thought that Bioasis shareholders would sell their shares if Bioasis cancelled my contract or if I quit. It was the shareholders who made it clear to the three Bioasis managements that I had value and they wanted me retained.

I also know that in the past shareholders expressed a desire for me to be a director, something I absolutely refused to consider. Bioasis IR has told investors for years to call me for technical information. Some shareholders have wanted me to be the IR rep because of my knowledge.

So I know I had support from shareholders. And they know I'm not the one screwing up deals, financings, xB3 programs and all the other things that have failed. It wasn't me. I had to explain it, make excuses if there were any, and make clear that the company failed when it was appropriate to admit it, which has been too damn often.

Yeah, well, the fight will continue, only I'm going to have some very interesting things to say.

Your arrogance is actually very impressive..To be so confident in the "idea" you have had any I mean any influence on the stock is laughable..I mean when you were all "pro" and defending everything when you knew you shouldn't have been it has hit all-time lows and stayed! So go ahead humour us all spill all this crazy "stuff" you know we will watch the stock go to ...more

I have never claimed influence, MT. I just read books and papers that you could read but can't be bothered doing because I do it. And you find that to be an arrogant thing to do. Says more about you than about me, MT. About knocking Bioasis out of the park, it can't be done with words. I've posted here a hundred times that nothing can help Bioasis except accomplishments, and Bioasis ...more

Waiting for all the "dirt" you have threatened  Numerous  times to release..About brokers shareholders management Dr.R the photo copier etc...All the crazy shady back room dealings or lack thereof...You have stated multiple times how much intel you have put it out there..You asked yesterday if we wanted to hear it and bring us to our knees and the answer is yes please!
Comment by JDavenport on Mar 01, 2022 2:43pm
Of course I have lots of "intel," MT. I've talked to them all dozens of times, perhaps hundreds in total. A lot of it can be backed up by shareholders who were also there.  I know enough science to describe a host of dangers to the success of xB3 in many applications. Are they a concern? Yes, but I don't think they would scare shareholders who understand the opportunities ...more

cmonreall24 wrote: "Its not a good investment,  its gone down." Come on, really? Just because the price of a stock goes down does not mean it's not a good investment. What a boneheaded comment.  The smart money would invest now when the sp is low. Ok, so cmonreall24 thinks it's a terrible investment, but he's a laugh, a joke, and he's the one that's ...more

cmonreally24 and Finallytherock and all you other time wasters who have contributed nothing but vitriol to this board ... WHY DO YOU STILL CARE, YOU OWN NO SHARES NOW, ARE YOU CRAZY TO BE CONCERNTED ABOUT A STOCK YOU HATE AND HAVE NO INTENTION OF BUYING SHARES IN. That is bats**t crazy to everyone who is not crazy.

I'm all for criticism and praise of a company hearing the positives and negatives but only if you are a shareholder or contemplating buying (or selling your) shares - not for trolls that are just trying to stir things up and hold no shares and will not buy any shares no matter what is said.

I respectfully dont agree with you. Then I guess you just have too much free time in your life that permits you to duke it out on a discussion forum when you have no shares in the company and no intention of buying any. Sounds like a perfectly sane plan.

Does JD own shares. I thought he stated (or perhaps someone mentioned) he had sold. If true, why is he here? Right now, BIOAF is down about 10% on heavier than normal volume on the US side. 52 wk low. Exciting, eh?

No one can argue that Bioasis been an awful investment thus far, cmonreally, but you arguing a future win for Bioasis is impossible, is utter nonsense. You've been provided the information on a silver platter on why future wins are entirely possible, but you continue to push "it's not happened, so it will never happen". That logic is flawed. We're simply on different sides ...more
