The terms are  1 MTO share for 1.6 BTR share and not 73 cents.
The 73 cents is / was what BTR was trading when the announcement was made.
The correct language is 1 MTO for 1.6 BTR share minus spinco, with spinco topped up with $7 mil cash. The price will vary.
