Don't believe if you want, but I still do own BTR because, not knowing who you are / were in character terms, I believed you: to my chigrin...
Thankfully I sold some, so the losses are less.
As far as SSL and the MTO royalty issue, here is another one.
SSL owns NSR from BTR on the Urban / Barry property...
They acquired that when SSL took over the royalty company that Nav sold the NSR to. Nav needed to get paid his salary. There was no money, not even to pay for the lab results, but Nav wanted to get paid his salary, so he sold the NSR. I forget what the name was. Something Royalty Gold or Gold Royalty. Also, I can't remember if it was 1 or 2 % NSR.
If you are interested and / or can find the details, it probably took place 6-12 months before the
1 : 20 cut back.

Thank God for Alex Pismiris. He is going to salvage the mess that Nav and you made. Now we need to fix BTR .
