At this price, I can't remember if there was a pp at .20 but after that almost everybody who did a pp is under water because most of the pp are at .35...
Anyway, the spinco is one share for every BTR share and then it will be cut to 1:7. I guess my 1:10 would make the s/o a little to illiquid, but it is also going to make every holder with an odd lot...
What's with the Peter Ball's resignation at BATT? He is also a just appointed BTR director...
