Are you saying OSK is sitting back waiting to pay 25-45% premium some day in the future? Why have they not taken part in the many PPs? They would have a foot in the door and better leverage. Do they know something that would deter anyone else from giving a hoot? This mystery mill you speak of? Is this the unpermitted old thing from BTR days? Instant production? At best you're looking at 2024-2025 according to timetables. Still more PPs to do. Maybe that is what OSK is waiting for, participate in last few PPs? You spin quite a yarn, then again you have 6 years of practice. I think fruit is on to something, there is a big problem keeping them from progressing, and from anyone taking a shot at them.
