I hate to tell you this but when Bonterra runs out of money and has to file for bankruptsy Osisko and Gold Field will get this for a few pennies. That is unless MAP and Cesear can somehow wheel and deal for something a little larger. Personally if I were Osisko/Gold Fields I'd choose option 1 and let the clock run out.
With all the deposits all shut down and MAP admitting they can'y mine for a profit with gold at current prices, BTR hasn't got much of anything to bargin with. But hey what do I know.
