Stupid, First off now you agree. Yet you've been saying it's Osisko ever since it occured. This is why you have no credibility. Second, Russia has about as much of a chance to take over Oyu Tolgi as Osisko has of merging with Bonterra.

Stupid, you can't produce the proof it was Osisko who made the offer yet proceed as if it did. If this was a case before the courts it would be thrown out based upon a lack of evidence.
