Here is a hint Paramax will not need to raise any money until all permits, materials and construction is 100%. Would you raise money if you can not be 100% positive you will be able to build the requires infrastructure required to produce and sell gas.
So when paramax comes to the market then it is time to buy otherwise you are sitting on dead money. Yes i have shares but will wait to buy at 10 cent with 100% approval then buy now and potentially lose 100% of it.
