RE: THAT MEANS ITS A GO!"The commison says the company may not be able to live up to the conditions" - I wonder what those conditions really are... and if any of them are so costly to have an effect on their debt restructuring. Next week will be interesting...Since owning this stock, its been a waiting game !!
