I don't think the company will need to file bankruptcy as they have plenty assets, the problem is timing, in today's market cash daddys are very hard to find.
I think the fall of share price today is due to CEO news, more than anything else, those who are highly optimistic, may want to wait till end of the year to see what happens - maybe stock can still rally after so called final "final approval" ??
or maybe you can pick the stock up at 0.05 cents if appeal passes !!
I'd rather should have bought $20k of LottoMax and expect a more better return !
