Really?? Wow your insight is inspiring (not). Thanks for stating the obvious - if they get the permit I'm confident they will get the financing. Can't put the cart before the horse.
So much for all the pumping and talk of BIG money from you. You and your lack of knowledge and lies have been exposed and in true smalll investor fashion you run scared and sell.
