A press release identifying what the heck is going on would be great.......are there pending appeals as the deadline has passed for submissions, and if there are any, how long is this anticipated to take to settle up so final approval can be obtained and financing can be locked in. Also, what is the latest on Durango - what is the estimated timing for a revenue stream to start flowing? If there are problems/delays, what are they and why.
BUK is running out of time with little cash left to work with......
