Bridge reviewing asset proposals, chairman resigns

BRIDGE RESOURCES CORP. PROVIDES UPDATE

Bridge Resources Corp. is currently evaluating proposals concerning its assets and has appointed a special committee to review and evaluate diverse forward plans to maximize the value to its stakeholders and shareholders. The forward plans will be specified at appropriate times.

The board of Bridge also announces that David M. Antony has resigned as chairman and as a director of the corporation. Bridge would like to thank Mr. Antony for his many years of service and commitment to the company.

The company is pleased to announce that Nicholas J. Clayton, a director of the company, will assume the role of non-executive chairman.
