CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - 12/21/10) - Bridge Resources Corp. (TSX-V:BUK - News) is pleased to announce that it has executed a Heads of Agreement with Perenco UK Limited for the sale of its wholly-owned subsidiary Bridge North Sea Limited ("BNSL"). The primary asset in BNSL is the Durango Gas Condensate Field.

The effective date of the transaction is January 1, 2011 and transaction details will be provided following execution of a formal Sale and Purchase Agreement.

Bridge has been represented in the transaction by Stellar Energy Advisors Limited.
