Look below who drop the SP from .50 to .008 from Nov 15 to ...Of course Anony...01 like we shall not see who brought down the SP. Of course the new buyer thru a Anony.... As a fair IMHO I would say the offer will be 30 to 35 % minimum above the closing (or even average along a defined period) SP.
I think we shall see some upwards from here. BTW there is no third party on this one??? Sorry for the quality. Make a copy & paste into excel file.

Since the Anony is keeping low the SP I think the buyer want to refer to the SP for his offer. And since 30 to 35% to the SP will make 35 millions roughly which make sense,… uncha? Could you, please come up with an evaluation of…? Take care to do not burst yourself!
