BUK vs PXM

Which one would you rather own?  Looks like if one hits the other will too, good or bad.  Similar market cap similar outstanding shares ( PXM has fewer ).  Does anyone know what the outstanding warrants are placed at how many etc?  Donig my DD on these two looks good from here at these price points cheers

BUK of coursePXM needs to raise money for their share of pipe and infrastructure. I am positive it will cost more than the 500,000 in cash they have.  BUK sold north sea gas assets and refinanced their debt, they still will receive a portion of the net profit plus 8 million US in cash.  I think they still have the north sea oil Steamboat prospect as well?
