This is the way the Payette county decision was recorded.
Not sure how a conditional use would be impacted by the lack of proper zoning. I would assume they would need the zoning changed from Agricultural to Industrial in some timeframe or they remain open to challeges

2.  CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT (Construction of a gas compression & dehydration station for natural gas collection) by Bridge Energy Inc. for property located on SW 2nd Ave. approximately .3 miles west of Butte Rd., New Plymouth, ID and owned by Daryl Eldred. APPROVED WITH CONDITIONS.

Two words ! "economic development" to the tune of hundreds of millions of dollars. Rezoning, noise abatement, landscaping, pollution emission controls, public nudity control.......will all be addressed !
