I thought they already voted for a conditional permit and it passed, 6-1?  Is this vote tomorrow to possibly revoke the conditional permit if BUK hasn't met the conditions below?  With the new management shake-up and the latest press release in September indicating they basically have done nothing but settle expenses with PXM, I am a bit worried here...Commissioners
